Join our team as a Supply Chain Support/Coordinator and play a key role in delivering world-class projects across the UK and internationally.
Supply Chain at Ideaworks offers a unique challenge in international logistics, storage, manufacturing, traceability, quality and accountability. We will provide training and ongoing support on how we support our incredible company and clients with an industry-leading supply chain using our home-grown platform.
You need to be a passionate and enthusiastic person with a keen eye for detail who works well under pressure. You will help process and deliver the highest quality work to both internal and external clients. You will be based at our main distribution centre in Faversham, where you will help accurately process and handle hundreds of thousands of items a year for projects throughout the world.
Standard hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, and some flexibility on these hours will be required including occasional domestic and international travel.

What you’ll do:
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments by keeping communication clear and proactive with internal teams and external partners
• Support with compiling data and creating commercial documentation for both export and import processes
• Consistently oversee the advancement of all shipments, promptly escalating and investigating any discrepancies
• Assisting the broader Supply Chain team, which includes tasks such as picking, packing, preparing and loading deliveries
Your Skills and Experience:
• Experience delivering accuracy in a fast-paced environment (Plate spinning expertise is your thing)
• Be confident managing high volumes of data with advanced Excel skills
• Be a great planner, organised, self-reliant, with great time management
• Communicating: a key part of this role is confident communication with care taken over the detail
• Be a proactive self-starter with an adaptable, considered approach and a can-do attitude

Title: Supply Chain Support/Coordinator
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Faversham, Kent (with some domestic and international travel)
Contract: Full time, permanent
